Here at Caffè Grande Abaco we have 3 fantastic spaces available exclusively for your own private use any day of the week, with or without food.
If you have food from our special events menu we do not charge a room hire fee. We also don't charge any room hire fee Monday to Thursday on our top floor areas.

1st Floor Abaci Bar (middle floor)
This gives you exclusive use of our 1st floor Abaci Bar. A fantastic space for a special occasion.
Room capacity: Seated - 26 or Standing - 36.
Food booking required for a minimum of 20 people (£400)
Top Floor areas
Our 2nd Floor now has TWO private areas which can be hired out separately or as a whole.
Smaller area - with food
Room capacity: Seated - 12 or Standing - 16.
Food booking required for a minimum of 10 people (£200)
Larger area - with food
Room capacity: Seated - 26 or Standing - 36.
Food booking required for a minimum of 24 people (£480)
Both areas together - with food
Room capacity: Seated - 38 or Standing - 52.
Food booking required for a minimum of 36 people (£720)

Our fabulous menu is £20 per person which includes our delicious Abaco Sharing Platters.
Other options are available including canapés and hot buffet dishes. See our menu below.

Larger area (up to 26 people) - Monday to Thursday there is no charge
Friday, Saturday and Sunday - room Hire without catering - £300 - 3 hours
Both Areas (up to 38 people) - Monday to Thursday there is no charge
Friday, Saturday and Sunday - room Hire without catering - £500 - 3 hours
